The whole coffee fruit is dried on raised beds before the fruit and parchment is removed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\" class=\"body\"\u003eThe coffee was graded according to the SCA scale at 82.5 out of 100.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\" class=\"body\"\u003eThis coffee is packaged in a sealed plastic can and comes with a plastic lid to seal the container once opened.
