The Rancilio Classe 5 is in a class of its own.

The Classe 5 is available in a number of derivatives. 

Classe 5s with gas - 2 group semi auto with a factory fitted gas burner in addition to the electrical heating element. Ideal for mobile or off the grid usage

Classe 5USB - 2 group Automatic machine

Classe 5 USB -2 group Automatic machine with raised group heads to accommodate tall take away cups.

It has an 11 liter boiler with a 4300W element to bring the machine up to heat in a  short space of time and it will ensure that you never run out of steam!

Which coffee machines can be rented?

Heavenly Coffees offer rentals on commercial size coffee machines. 

How do rentals work?

Rentals are financed through a 3rd party finance institution. We currently have arrangements with Merchant West, Sunlyn (A Division of Sasfin Bank) and Redtree Capital

Rental agreements typically run over 36 months. In some cases rent to own options are available. 

NB: A Rental agreement does not automatically include a maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts are available as an option and will be a contract between Heavenly Coffee Trading (Pty)Ltd t/a Heavenly Coffees and the customer. 

What does it cost to rent a coffee machine?

Rental prices depends on the price of the machine. An entry level 2 group machine like the Rancilio Classe 5S will cost approx R2702 R per month. Both Price include VAT

What does it include? The rental price only includes the equipment. The rentals does not include insurance, maintenance, servicing or repairs of any kind. Proof of insurance will be required.

Who are rental contracts for?

It is very important to note that a rental contract is subject to a normal bank approval process. Rentals are ideal for businesses that do not want to invest their money in capital equipment but are in good financial standing. In other words if you are not in the  financial position to buy a machine it is unlikely that the rental application will be approved. If your business is a start-up it maybe possible to do the rental in your personal capacity on condition that your personal financial situation is in line with the finance institution's requirements.

What documents will be required?

Typically you will need to submit an application form, proof of address, 6-12 months bank statements, copy of ID and company registration docs. The finance institution may ask for additional documentation.
